The Chicago based Irish-Americana band Switchback astounded the audience at Peterman Auditorium Sunday night, at the August 13th benefit concert for the Elk Rapids Cross Country Team. The crowd gave Switchback, and performers Ron Kendzierski and Stephanie O'Dell, two emotional standing ovations. If you missed this year's concert, don't worry. Switchback and the team are planning to do it all again next summer for the 2007 season.
